• 2001 to 2500 sq ft.        $425.00

• 2501 to 3000 sq. ft.       $450.00

• 3001 to 3500 sq. ft.       $475.00

• 3501 to 4000 sq. ft        $500.00

Additional Charges

• Crawl Space – Pier & Beam:  $125.00

• Detached Structure:  $75.00 and up (depending on size)

Does not include detached living spaces, i.e., garage apartments.

•  Return Trip (Utilities not on, restricted access, etc.):  $125.00 

Payment due upon completion of inspection.
